These booking terms take immediate effect for all service orders upon online checkout completion.
1 Official Fixed Booking Process
All service orders strictly follow the official fixed booking procedure below. No verbal agreement shall be legally binding.
- Step 1: Customer completes online order form and makes full payment for the selected moving service package.
- Step 2: Our internal team performs manual stock, vehicle and staff availability verification within a maximum of 24 working hours.
- Step 3: After successful review, an official written booking confirmation document will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
- Step 4: A legally valid service contract is only formed and activated after our company issues the official booking confirmation email. No service obligation exists before formal confirmation.
2 Service Validity & Coverage Scope
All confirmed moving services are available for all locations within the United Kingdom mainland. All relocation jobs across England, Scotland and Wales are supported under service packages.
- Floor access rules strictly apply: buildings with lift have unlimited floor access; non-lift buildings follow tiered floor limits based on package grade.
- Any unreported on-site oversized, overweight or extra items may result in service adjustment or rescheduling.
- Long-distance UK-wide relocations will follow the vehicle, staff and time allocation stated in the confirmed booking record exclusively.
3 Booking Amendment & Time Limit Rules
All booking changes follow fixed time limit regulations to guarantee service stability:
- Free booking modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
- Any changes made within 48 hours of the service time may incur administrative adjustment fees or service rescheduling.
- Same-day amendment requests are not guaranteed and may be declined due to vehicle and staff scheduling lock-in.
4 Service Execution Rules
The company provides fixed-package local & nationwide UK moving services with pre-assigned vehicles and trained staff. All services are scheduled relocation work only.
- Our business does not operate as a logistics marketplace, third-party matching platform or freight forwarding service.
- All service content strictly follows the published package description, vehicle size, staff quantity and service hours.
- Extra manual handling, overtime work or out-of-scope items are not included in fixed package pricing.
Booking Liability Disclaimer
The following liability limitations apply to all confirmed service bookings across all UK service areas:
- The company holds no liability for service delays caused by cross-country road traffic conditions, property access restrictions, stair structure limitations or customer unpreparedness.
- Pre-existing item damage, aging defects, fragile item breakage without declared professional wrapping are not covered by service liability.
- Unused service time, early service completion or customer abandoned on-site work does not qualify for partial or full refunds.
- The company’s total accidental service liability is capped in accordance with each purchased service package grade.
- Invalid bookings, fake information submissions or unapproved on-site item expansions will void partial service guarantee terms.
- We do not take responsibility for cross-UK route restrictions, road closures or regional access limitations outside our direct operational control.
All booking terms take immediate legal effect once the customer completes online payment and order submission.
