These Terms of Service take immediate effect for all website access, account usage and nationwide UK moving service bookings.

1 General Service Overview & Legal Framework

These Terms of Service constitute the primary legal agreement governing all website usage, online bookings and nationwide moving services provided by DRIVER TASK TRANSPORT LTD across the United Kingdom. All customers and website visitors automatically accept these terms upon site browsing, account creation or order submission.

  • Binding service contracts are only valid after full payment completion and official written confirmation email issued by our company within 24 working hours.
  • All services operate nationwide across the United Kingdom, covering England, Scotland and Wales.
  • Tiered floor access rules apply: lift-equipped buildings have unlimited floor access; non-lift buildings follow graded floor limits based on package tier (max 3rd floor for low-tier packages, max 6th floor for high-tier packages).
  • All service content, vehicle specifications, staff allocation and service durations strictly follow published package descriptions.

3 Refund & Cancellation Rules (Summary)

All order cancellation and refund requests comply with our official Refund & Cancellation Policy with fixed time-based regulations:

  • Full cancellations with full refund are permitted when requested more than 48 hours before scheduled service time.
  • Orders within 48 hours of service, on-site arrival or partially completed services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • All approved refunds are reviewed within 3 working days and processed to the original transaction method within 14 calendar days.
  • Authorised free service rescheduling is allowed under specific time window limitations, with expired unclaimed services void after 90 days.

4 Personal Data & Privacy Compliance (Summary)

All customer personal data processing follows UK data protection laws and our official Privacy Policy:

  • Personal information is only collected for booking verification, service delivery and post-service support.
  • Completed service records are retained for 6 years to meet UK commercial record-keeping requirements; cancelled order data is erased after 90 days.

  • No private personal data is sold or distributed to unrelated third-party commercial organisations.

General Service Liability Disclaimer

The following universal liability limitations apply to all website usage and UK-wide moving services:

  • The company shall not be liable for service delays caused by national road conditions, local traffic control, property access restrictions, extreme weather or third-party building management rules.
  • Pre-existing item damage, aging defects and undeclared fragile item damage are excluded from service liability coverage.
  • Unused service time, early service completion or customer voluntary on-site service abandonment does not qualify for refund or compensation.
  • All supplementary policies (Booking, Refund, Privacy, Cookie) are independently valid and serve as legal supplements to these Terms of Service.
  • The company’s maximum compensable liability for verified service errors is capped according to the service package tier purchased by the customer.
  • Website temporary downtime, routine maintenance or anonymous browsing data analysis does not constitute service fault or compensation grounds.
